    • TWO Premium Starter Batteries delivering double the cold cranking amps - 3rd party tested to be the best in the business.

Even in extreme cold weather your heater will start when you need it to. In our experience low battery voltage is one of the most frequent causes for heater failures.

    • Component Pre-Heat

The last line of defense to make sure our equipment is always mission ready is our block heater, oil pan heater, and heated battery blankets. So while you focus on your critical path, we're standing by to accelerate it.

    • Aluminum Side Panels

Eliminate rust and corrosion on the primary side panels and save significant annual maintenance costs, all while keeping your gear looking great year after year.

    • High Performance Electronic Diesel Engines

Mechanical engines have no way to correct combustion for environmental differences in temperature verses engine operating temperatures. Their inability to optimize combustion is what makes them so inefficient compared to newer electronic engines. By tightly controlling the combustion process modern electronic engines allow for longer life spans and longer intervals between service. The electronics also continuously monitors the safety of the engine, greatly reducing the risk of a catastrophic engine failure. If you want fuel savings & efficiency, lower emissions, longer engine life, and extended service intervals, a modern electronic engine is the only choice.

    • Sparkless Alternator

One of the biggest benefits of Flameless heat is that it virtually eliminates the source of ignition for fires or explosions. So why do some manufacturers cut costs and install non-sparkless alternators… Great question!

    • Interior Lighting

Nothing is more frustrating then trying to working on a dark cold heater during the low light conditions of winter. That’s why we added bright LED lighting through-out the interior of heater to make sure there is visibility no matter what the need.

    • TriColour Beacon

A visual cue is still the most effective way to confirm a piece of equipment is running optimally… or in need of attention. That's why we include a standard Tri-Color beacon. Green means… The heat is on. Yellow means… The heat is on but I need attention. Red means... unit down. Technology is great, but often the most efficient solution is simply alerting workers near the unit to give it the attention it needs.

    • Level Indicator on the Fluid Containment

Never again will you waste time and money checking containments that are empty, or risk sending a unit into the field that is dangerously full. A simple gauge to keep you visibly informed of the level at all times.

    • *Remote Thermostat Ready

Not too hot, and not too cold…. Just right. Temperature sensitive heating projects like grout and concrete or even manpower have a very specific range of optimal temperatures. With a remote thermoset you have "Set-it & Forget it" convenience. You buy the thermostat and we're ready!

      * requires the purchase of a remote thermostat

    • Recirculation Port

One of the greatest efficiency gains possible is achieved by having the heater draw its air from the heated environment. You can also use this feature to draw waste heat from one area and repurpose it to another area. This feature can easily increase efficiencies by 75%.

    • Wheel Chocks & Storage

Wheel Chocks are required for safety... and there's no point in having them if you can't find them. That's why we not only include them… we built custom holders for them on each and every heater.

    • Rock Guard

Annual paint touch ups on heaters (done properly) is one of the most costly and tedious maintenance functions there is. That's why we install ultra durable Rock Guard on the most exposed surfaces. Rough neck tough and easy to touch up!

    • Port Covers

Preventing contaminants from entering the heater cabinet during travel and storage is the simplest way to avoid unnecessary equipment depreciation. That's why port covers are not an option… they're a standard premium feature.

    • 20lb Fire Extinguisher & Cover Included

You should have it, so we include it. But that's not all… we have a clear plastic window on the cover so the fire extinguisher certification can be recorded on your "Pre" and "Post" checklist without removing the extinguisher. Now it will hopefully get checked and your team will thank you for this thoughtful consideration.

    • Power Shield Package

Batteries remain the #1 problem with starting engines in cold weather. This option adds the protection of a preinstalled battery "Genius" to make sure your batteries can be maintained indefinitely just by plugging the heater into shore power. Whether it's just a week of extreme cold during Christmas break, or the extended off season, you'll be operating at full power!

    • Component Pre-Heat

The last line of defense to make sure our equipment is always mission ready is the addition of an oil pan heater, and heated battery blankets. So while you focus on your critical path, we're standing by to accelerate it.

    • Defcon 1 Defense Package

Defcon 1 is defined by the United States Department of Defense as "Maximum Readiness". That's why we're giving you the first ever option to have built in video capabilities on the heater controls. A simple upgrade to assist with loss prevention, foul play, or just to see who is making unauthorized changes to the heater.

    • *Extended Service Package

Quadruple your service intervals and save a boat load of money.

      * The extended service package is a tried and true technology. However, engine manufacturer warranties are voided if the engine oil quality is not maintained at all times. Therefore any engine damage that is a direct result of a failure in the extended service package WILL NOT BE COVERED under warranty. This is an additional risk that must be weighed against the operational savings.

    • Remote Thermostat

For any enclosed heating environments this is an invaluable tool to allow the heater to automatically control itself with changing weather conditions. It saves money from overheating and risk from falling temperatures.

    • Consumable Storage

Our heaters are designed to leave in the fall and return in the spring… it's that simple. The consumable storage cabinet is designed to store (1) complete set of everything required for the next service interval. With the "Extended Service Package" delivering 2,000 hours of uninterrupted service... you now have 4,000 hours worth of onboard supplies.

    • Ducting Storage

The nature of temporary heat is that jobs are always changing. That's why we recommend storing ducting on the unit where you know you're going to need it. One less thing to forget, and one less thing to find a place for.

    • Safety Approved Power Cord

Nothing worse then working on a remote site and not having the right tool for the job. That's were happy to ship our heaters with an onboard 50' extension cord with vapor proof plugs. So if you need to store the heater for long periods of time without use… you won’t be left out in the cold.
